Refund and Returns

At Tedra Wanders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our Refunds and Return Policy will help guide you through the process. Please take a moment to read our policy, which explains your rights regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: You may return any item purchased from Tedra Wanders within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care.
    • Items that have been opened or used in a way that compromises their resale condition (such as opened electronics, hygiene-related products, or used camping gear).

If you’re unsure about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.

2. Return Process

  • How to Initiate a Return: To return an item, please contact our customer service team at [[email protected]] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions for the return process.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used to complete your purchase.

4. Exchanges
